We want you to love your purchase from Modenvo. If you're not fully satisfied, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

📦 Returns

We accept returns for items that are:

  • Defective or damaged

  • Incorrect or not as described

To be eligible for a return:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

How to Request a Return:

Email us at Info@modenvo.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item showing the problem

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Do not send any items without confirmation, as they will not be accepted.

💸 Refunds

After your return is received and inspected (or once your issue is verified via photos), we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at Info@modenvo.com with details and photos of the issue.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we do not accept returns for:

  • Items purchased by mistake or due to a change of mind

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Items not in their original condition

  • Clearance or sale items

📬 Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

If you've completed all steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Info@modenvo.com.

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, processing may have already started and we cannot guarantee cancellation.
